These Terms, Disclaimers and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to the website (www.RobertRadnoti.com), our social media channels, all associated websites (eg. www.RadnotiHypnosis.com) and the mobile phone application to be called the RADapp (“App”) provided by the Radnoti Research Institute (“RRI”) family of companies, including the Radnoti Research Institute, LLC, the gRADitude Foundation and the Robert Radnoti personal brand (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

We operate this website, all associated sites and landing pages, social media channels, the App and all affiliated subdomains located at or through robertradnoti.com (“Site”). The Terms and Conditions are a binding legal contract between you and us (“Agreement”). 

By visiting or using the Site, the App, our associated websites and landing pages, our social media channels, or by purchasing any product made available through the Site, our social media channels, our sister websites and/or the App (“Product”), you engage in our RRI offering herein collectively referred to as “Service” and you hereby agree to be bound by this Agreement.

The Site is owned and operated by the RRI and is offered subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all the terms, disclaimers and conditions contained herein and all other operating policies (including, without limitation, the Business’s Privacy Policy) that may be published from time to time on the Site, on our social media channels, through RRI notifications, the RADitude Podcast, the RADitude App, or by the Robert Radnoti brand.  

This is a legally binding agreement. Please read it in full before using the Site, the App, or any associated digital pages or social media channels, and before signing up for any business advisory, coaching, mentoring, consulting, travel, NeuroChangeSolutions (NCS) workshops, events, retreats, hypnotherapy solutions or any other services or products as will be offered by RRI.  

This website is made available to you on the following conditions, and you hereby consent to these terms by continuing to use the site. Please read them carefully and, if you disagree with any, navigate away from the site.  

By accessing or using any part of our websites (www.RobertRadnoti.com or www.RadnotiHypnosis.com), you hereby agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Site or use any of our RRI services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by the Robert Radnoti brand, by RRI or by Radnoti Hypnosis, then your acceptance is limited to these terms. The Site is available only to individuals who are sixteen (16) years and older.
